We need the following items to fund the loan. You can fax them to us at (818)788-7845.
Once we receive all the documentation, we will review and get you the money very quickly.
- PROOF OF INCOME
Current Pay stub showing YTD earnings. Pay stub must be dated no more than 30 days prior to contract date. If no YTD, customer must provide 4 consecutive pay stubs.
If Self-Employed: Last 3 months of Bank Statements
- PROOF OF RESIDENCE
Mail addressed to customer at contract address, postmarked no more than 30 days prior to contract date.
- REFERENCE SHEET
6 references with complete information (Name/Address/Phone #/Relation)
- DRIVER LICENSE OR PICTURE ID
From State of Residency
Mexican ID accepted
- PROOF OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
Copy of Social Security Card or printed document showing SSN
- PROOF OF INSURANCE
Must be Compensation/Collision or Full Coverage
- VALID DMV REGISTRATION. NO RDF ACCEPTED
Registration must be Current
- PICTURES OF VEHICLE
Exterior, Interior & Odometer (mileage) Pictures must be submitted prior to funding the loan, No exceptions.
- MORTGAGE STATEMENT
Home owner’s only. Last Mortgage Statement
- EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION AUTHORIZTION
- SIGNED CREDIT CARD APPLICATION.
